The Hispanic Chamber of E-Commerce Foundation
-HISCEC Foundation- was established in 2016 for
the express purpose of expanding the education
and training offered by the Hispanic Chamber of
E-Commerce since 2008.

Tayde has over 15 years of extensive work experience in both the public and private sectors. A savvy, forward-looking bilingual Business Leader highly regarded for empowering small business communities and managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets to generate millions in revenue for industry-leading clients. Adept at cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders, corporation, community agencies and foundations to secure funding and support for nonprofit, public, and private organizations. Demonstrated passion for promoting family-owned businesses through education, technology and the use of the Internet as a marketing tool to help build more prosperous communities and achieve their personal and business goals. Luis O. de La Hoz was the Senior Vice President lending Team at the Intersect Fund, a non-profit micro-lender and certified CDFI based in New Brunswick, NJ that provides training, coaching and capital to low-income, minority and women-owned businesses throughout the state of New Jersey. Member of the Board of Trustees at the State Theatre 501 C3 non profit organization statetheatrenj.org.

Currently dedicated to implementing projects aimed at improving the standard of living of vulnerable communities through empowerment. Holds a BA in International Relations from ITAM (Mexico City) and a Master in US-Mexico border issues from El Colegio de la Frontera Norte (Tijuana, BC, Mexico).
