The Hispanic Chamber of E-Commerce Foundation
-HISCEC Foundation- was established in 2016 for
the express purpose of expanding the education
and training offered by the Hispanic Chamber of
E-Commerce since 2008.



The HISCEC Foundation is dedicated to proactive economic development,
helping businesses grow by better capitalizing on the Internet.

The Small Business Growth Program has shown that for a region or community,
fostering utilization of the Internet only modestly (10%) produces:
